Obviously you haven't played the game or worse taken advantage of the tools available. The Hints and Requirements included in the player's phone provide information on completing every achievement. Additionally, there is a Companion Guide which explains how to use the phone and its content as well as going into greater detail on how to complete all the achievements.

If that isn't enough, and you just want to learn how to get the MC laid, there is a 'Search' function at the top right of this page. Search for posts by BDMick within the thread. He has a number of posts on how the MC can have sex anywhere from 6 to 15 times per day.

I never reformatted or anything or deleted anything but the game itself. The last thing I remember was doing the Boat threesome. All my saves are gone now and Idk why, good lord welp guess I'll just come back to this another time, not gonna through all that BS again.

Have you looked in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy?

Saves disapearing is usualy on the user end.
Saves are stored in two directories : the game folder and as Bantry posted above in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy

There is no way your saves vanished "'just like that" without something happening on your end, knowingly or not.

Or he just reset his pc you never know there only that one option otherwise saves are generally save in appdata-renpy folder

That tells you how "just like that" happens. Apart from manually erasing of course.
- the in-game-tree copy: delete the game
- the user folder copy: log in as a different user, or switch to a different device with the game on a movable device like a memory stick.
